Naast de lokale druiven Trepat, Ull de Llebre ( Tempranillo ) en Garnacha werkt het team onder leiding van oenoloog Josep Valdrí ook met internationale variëteiten als Chardonnay, Syrah, Sauvignon Blanc en Merlot. Het gamma van Clos Montblanc beslaat dan ook traditionele wijnen met lokale druivenrassen tot meer internationaal gemaakte wijnen, maar wel altijd binnen de traditionele filosofie van het wijnhuis. Naast het aanbod van stille witte en rode wijnen produceert men ook een serie prachtige Cava's.  

Deze Cava rijpt 18 tot 24 maanden na een tweede gisting in de fles. Het resultaat is een frisse, volle smaak met goede fijne bubbels en een lange afdronk met hints van noten en gist. De rijping en de leeftijd zijn duidelijk merkbaar.
