Nose - The citrus notes immediately to the fore, with lime zest, sweet citrus blossom, freshly squeezed lime juice and perfumed lemon sherbet. Hints of lavender and bath salts are complimented by mineral slate nuances.
Palate - Bracingly fresh, vibrant, juicy and zesty. Refreshing and pure. Flavours of lemon/lime sorbet are mixed with mineral chalk and flint. Very linear with a clean acid drive. A long and lacey finish.
