Polyaniline is a conductive polymer material, and its basic structural unit is polymerized from aniline monomers. The polyaniline molecular chains in the polyaniline rod exhibit a certain ordered arrangement.

Polyaniline rods have a distinct rod-shaped shape, and their diameter and length can be controlled by preparation methods and conditions. Generally speaking, the diameter of polyaniline rods is usually in the nanometer to micrometer range, and their length can also vary from several hundred nanometers to several micrometers.

The polyaniline rod prepared by this method has good structural regularity, but requires strict control of reaction conditions.
