Each diaphragm undergoes a four-stage heat-treating process for exceptional performance. Precision cover stampings ensure rigidity and consistency.

ACT's performance street rigid-hub discs are designed with premium organic materials featuring a high copper content for superior heat transfer and a steel-backed lining for enhanced burst strength and durability. The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for added strength and durability. Rivet design and materials are carefully chosen for maximum strength, making these discs the minimum weight street discs for faster shifts. They offer race-proven performance with street manageability.
