Made from food-safe aluminium, with a non-toxic silicon gasket seal, and also features a ‘Made in Italy’ certified safety valve that prevents internal pressure from increasing to a dangerous point. It will work on on all gas and electric stovetops, however it's not suitable for induction stovetops.
