Pokemon GO Plus connects to your iPhone or Android smartphone and provides an easy way to catch Pokemon and collect items with a single click of a button. You can also collect Poke Balls, Eggs, and other items at PokeStops without having to check your smartphone.
Once your Pokemon GO Plus is paired with your smartphone, you can play in the following ways.
Catch Pokemon!
When a Pokemon appears nearby, your Pokemon GO Plus will vibrate, and its light will flash green. If the Pokemon is a species you haven't caught before, your Pokemon GO Plus will vibrate, and its light will flash yellow.
Note: A Poke Ball from your inventory will be used. Great Balls and Ultra Balls will not be used. If you have no Poke Balls to throw, the light will flash red.
When you press the Pokemon GO Plus button, it will automatically attempt to catch the Pokemon.
The light on your Pokemon GO Plus will pulsate white for a while as it attempts to catch the Pokemon.
If you succeed in catching it, a message saying "You caught a Pokemon!" will be displayed on your phone, your Pokemon GO Plus will vibrate, and the light will shine seven different colors.
If it gets away, a message saying "The Pokemon fled!" will be displayed on your phone, your Pokemon GO Plus will vibrate, and the light will flash red.
Get items from PokeStops!
When you get close to a PokeStop, your Pokemon GO Plus will vibrate, and the light will flash blue.
When you press the button on your Pokemon GO Plus accessory, you can acquire items from the PokeStop.
The items you've acquired will be displayed on your smartphone's screen. Your Pokemon GO Plus will vibrate, and the light will shine seven different colors.
You can check which items you've acquired or Pokemon you've caught while your phone was in sleep mode from the Activity Log in Pokemon GO.
