This super premium bean, Bali Blue Moon, is North Edge Craft Coffee’s hands-down favorite and Erie’s most popular roast. A key characteristic of this coffee is that it’s wet-hulled processed, a method typical in Indonesia that contributes significantly to its unique flavor profile.

Wet-hulling, known locally as “Giling Basah,” involves removing the parchment layer from the coffee beans while they still have a high moisture content. This process is largely responsible for the coffee’s heavy body, low acidity, earthy undertones, and distinctive chocolate notes.

The coffee is organically grown in Indonesia and roasted well into second crack to further enhance these characteristics. The result is a brew with a full, heavy body, prominent chocolate notes, and rich earthy undertones.
