Take your 2019-2024 Ram 3500 diesel to the next level with this BDS Suspension 4" radius arm lift kit, with clearance for up to 35" tires. A t-case indexing ring and new HD transmission crossmember keep the factory front driveshaft usable at this height. The rear uses a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer u-bolts and matching NX2 Nitro shocks.

- Vehicles with a manual transfer case require BDS122423 manual transfer case shifter extension.
- Vehicles with a 2-piece rear driveshaft (carrier bearing) require BDS122406 carrier bearing drop.
- Select the rear box kit based on whether your Ram has the factory rear overload leaf.
