In the extreme foreground, an improvised train track cuts across the page like a line drawn too quickly; shaky, handmade, and yet treated as destiny. On it moves a modern man in sloppy clothes and dark sunglasses, jubilant in his blindness. He holds his phones as if they were proof of reality: one lifted for a selfie from above his shoulder, one raised toward his own face, as though his expression, rather than the world beneath his feet, were what truly mattered.
