This Circle Y Trail saddle features a unique tree fit designed specifically for the foundation style horse that needs a wider fit from the shoulder to the loin, and round skirt design for shorter backs. The wood tree is fiberglass reinforced and DURAhide™ coated to lock out moisture and add another layer of strength to the tree for the longevity of your saddle. It has a close contact round cut out skirt design for precise cueing and reduced weight, Tunnel Skirt™ design to eliminate spinal pressure, convenience rings, pre-shaped fenders with metal stirrups, and Impact Foam™ seat for all-day comfort. Apache leather seat has some grip for a great rustic look. Engraved stainless steel conchos resist rust with six sets of strings to tie your gear accent the unique border.

Great Federal Courts supplement

This E&E book really helped with Fed. Courts! Incorporate the public v. private law models/SOP and federalist v. nationalist paradigms which my professor used in the course. This version doesn't have some of the newer cases (TransUnion v. Ramirez). The standing section could have more info but standing is one of the easiest doctrines in fed courts. The Habeas Corpus, particularly the Teague Doctrine and AEDPA, section is excellent. The only big thing this book does not include are universal injunctions and the scope of remedies (outside of standing, anti-injunction act, and section 1983).
