How to End a Short Story? Lessons from Children's Picture BooksChildren's picture books can teach us about the many forms satisfying short stories can take. We'll examine several picture books as examples, discussing common story shapes with a focus on how authors begin, build tension, and especially, end a short tale. Sheffer will share examples of short fiction for further reading, and exercises that participants can use to "try on" these story shapes to enrich their own writing. Instructor: Marguerite (Maggie)

Fun
Color: Multicolor
A little smaller than we'd hoped but all in all he's pretty cool and our dogs loved him.

Worth it!
Color: Llama
Wanted to keep this for myself! Made well, size is perfect for a 90 pound pup, durable enough for a non chewer (she cleans their fur but doesn’t chew anymore). Durable enough that has been left outside during Summer storms and washed/dryed a couple times already (I use a laundry bag) and still has its adorable shape. Great value for the money, though I might need to buy another one for myself! *^_^*

Our Doodle's Fav Toy
Color: Multicolor
The first slothicorn toy that we received had a broken squeaker. We were able to quickly and easily get a replacement and send the broken one back. This is one of my pup's favorite toys, although I don't think the horn will last long-- it's the part she likes to chew on the most! At 5lbs, the toy is the same size as my Goldendoodle puppy. I think the toy is overpriced when not on sale (I got on Black Friday promo), so I would encourage waiting for a price drop before purchasing or locating another option that's affordable.

Not very durable if your dog likes to play aggressively with his toys.
Color: Shello There
My yorkie loves it. However he removed the rope tail tail on day one. Within a couple of days it came loose at the seem from chewing and he started pulling the stuffing out. I won't give back to him until I am able to mend it.

Great dog toys
Color: Orange & Blue
These Zeaxuie octopus dog toys are a huge hit with my pup! The crinkle and squeaky features immediately grabbed his attention, and he’s been happily chewing and playing with them ever since. I love that they’re stuffing-free, so I don’t have to worry about any mess. They’re the perfect size for small to medium breeds and seem very durable. These toys have kept my dog entertained for hours – definitely a great purchase!
