Jammer arms excel in facilitating dynamic and explosive lifting movements with unparalleled stability and control. A cornerstone in athlete development, these arms empower coaches to replace other leverage equipment, offering a fully customizable setup for both bilateral and unilateral selections. The adjustable arms enable coaches to position athletes optimally, enhancing form and performance across the entire range of motion.

Safety and Stability: Each set of Jammer arms includes (2) 1" locking pins, providing an additional safety lock for trolley front-to-back movements. This, combined with the 1" twist lock side adjuster, ensures a secure and stable training environment.

Robust Tensioning System: The tensioning system, with back rollers pressing against the upright, guarantees smooth adjustments. This innovative design allows compatibility with other 3x3" racks featuring staggered 1" holes.

Enhanced Functionality: Numbered uprights, (4) machined acetal rollers for seamless gliding, and a locking mechanism to keep the arm away from the upright ease adjustments and enhance safety.

These jammer arms require the use of a specialty barbell collar for securing plates onto the polished stainless tubes. Trolleys are now equipped with a 15 degree lockout position to keep arm away from upright when trying to adjust.
