Hoe bereid je de Cold Brew?
Om Cold Brew te maken, doe je simpelweg 5 – 6 gram gemalen koffie (medium-fijne maling) in het filter voor elke 100 ml koud water. Roer voorzichtig en plaats de fles 12 – 30 uur in de koelkast (experimenteer gerust met de trektijd). Verwijder daarna het filter met de koffiedik en je Cold Brew is klaar om van te genieten.
