Oefening bij het thema
Ga gemakkelijk zitten en sluit de ogen. Adem enkele malen diep in. Nodig aansluitend de aartsengel Raphaël uit en vraag hem je met zijn helende kracht te omgeven. Ter  ondersteuning kun je de essence gebruiken. De helende kracht heeft een kleur de kleur die je vandaag goed doet. I have very delicate skin that is prone to acne and eczema.
