Wat is Mier-run
Mier-run is een natuurlijke manier om van mieren af te komen.
Het zit boordevol piepkleine beestjes: aaltjes (ook wel nematoden genoemd). Die leven samen met speciale bacteriën die funest zijn voor de larven van mieren.

Je gebruikt Mier-run het beste door het rechtstreeks in de mierennesten te gieten. De aaltjes gaan dan op jacht naar de larven, dringen ze binnen en brengen via die bacteriën een dodelijke infectie over. Het resultaat? De volwassen mieren ruiken onraad en maken zich snel uit de voeten.

Nadelen van Mier-run

  • Mier-run kan niet gebruikt worden op harde ondergronden zoals terrastegels of binnen in huis. De aaltjes moeten in de ondergrond kunnen doordringen en in de nesten terecht komen om efficiënt te werken.
