Al palato elegante e armonico; presenta tannini setosi e una lunga persistenza. Questo Langhe Pinot Nero DOC nasce da un vigneto, impiantato nel 1990, che Gian Luca Colombo decise, inizialmente, di vinificare al fine di valutarne le potenzialit; oggi due vigneti compongono questo vino: quello storico, per l'appunto, tra Barolo e
Rubino. Al naso si esprime con note di frutti rossi, in particolare di fragola, sentori di viola e cenni di spezie nobili. Al palato è elegante e armonico; presenta tannini setosi e una lunga persistenza.Questo Langhe Pinot Nero DOC nasce da un vigneto, impiantato nel 1990, che Gian Luca Colombo decise, inizialmente, di vinificare al fine di valutarne le potenzialità; oggi due vigneti compongono questo vino: quello “storico”, per l'appunto, tra Barolo e Novello ed uno nuovo, impiantato nel 2013, in frazione Santa Lucia a Dogliani. Sapientemente plasmato dalla terra natia, è un Pinot Nero di qualità, come pochi altri, e merita grande attenzione.
Ottimo in abbinamento ad antipasti e primi di terra, è da provare con le pappardelle ai funghi porcini e si sposa bene anche con le carni rosse.
