Er zijn achtenveertig verschillende steden waarin je allerlei huizen, fabrieken, winkelcentra, scholen en brandweerstations kunt bouwen. Met behulp van speciale krachten kun je ongewenste gebouwen met de grond gelijk te maken of hele stukken eraf blazen om het opnieuw in elkaar te zetten en te verven! Je kunt speciale gebouwen en bonussen verdienen door de verschillende levels succesvol af te ronden. Je bezoekt in de verhaalmodus onder andere sneeuwbedekte bergen, woestijnen en moerassen om de strenge Mr. Towers tevreden te stellen.
