Omschrijving

Bij het maken van Nebbiolo-wijnen kom je veel verschillende stijlen tegen. Van krachtig en rijp tot subtiel en elegant, bijna Bourgondisch. Deze wijn behoort tot de eerste soort. Hij draagt de DOC Nebbiolo D’Alba, met druiven die uit de lagere wijngaarden van beide oevers van de Tanaro afkomstig kunnen zijn, dus zowel uit Roero als Barolo en Barbaresco. De druiven voor deze wijn komen van de wijngaarden van Barolo. Met genereuze opbrengsten wordt een diep en donker glas gemaakt. 

Dogliani il Generale produceert al vijf generaties wijn in Langhe, een gebied in Piemonte. Vakmanschap en kennis van de grondstof is de inspiratie voor de kijk die Dogliani il Generale heeft op innovatie. Dit is de identiteit die Dogliani il Generale aan elke fles meegeeft! In het hart van de Langhe, ligt deze wijnmakerij in een van de gebieden met de oudste en meest geschikte wijntradities van Italië.

It is more toward soft and lets the head drift down close to the mattress level Over time, you may have neck problems. Time will tell. Update: It is great! My neck feels better and I sleep better. There is still a little odor, but it's not a problem. I recommend this pillow.

I’m a really tough pillow critic and have a hard time finding one I actually like. With that said, this pillow was better than a lot of others I’ve tried—mainly because you can remove some of the latex shavings to adjust the firmness. I ended up taking out about 20% (do it over a big trash can because the shavings can get messy!). When it arrived it was too firm for me, which is why I had to take some filling out. Even after adjusting it, it’s still not my absolute favorite pillow, but I do use it every night as a “hug” pillow and it works great for that. I think people who aren’t as picky as I am will probably really enjoy it, especially since you can customize the amount of latex to get it just right. I’d give it 3.5 stars, but rounded up to 4.
