De CN-HG54 is een ketting met 10 versnellingen die gekoppeld is aan de looprichting, dit garandeert optimaal schakelen. De buitenste platen zijn geoptimaliseerd voor optimaal schakelen op de kettingbladen en de binnenste platen voor zuiver schakelen op de cassette. De speciaal gevormde buitenplaten van deze Hyperglide ketting zijn zeer vuilafstotend. De grijze afwerking onderstreept bovendien het hoogwaardige ontwerp van deze ketting!
