Hierdoor is het makkelijker om te leren hoepelen, zelfs voor beginners Deze draaien langzamer rond je lichaam en zakken minder snel naar de grond.  Perfect voor zowel workouts als het leren van on- & off-body trucs. Hij is zwaar genoeg voor effectieve workout trainingen, maar licht genoeg om soepel mee te bewegen en zachter voor je lichaam.
