In bocca è piacevole, con buona morbidezza e tannini in fase di integrazione.E' molto piacevole ed elegante, questo Salento Negroamaro IGP "F" 2013 della cantina di San Marzano, che affina in barrique di rovere per 12 mesi, passaggio che esalta eccezionalmente il vitigno, senza snaturarlo. Ne esce un vino trasversale, elegante e corposo, che può accompagnare a tutto pasto, dalle paste al ragù, sino alle carni strutturate.
