De appellatie DOC Treviso staat bekend om haar frisse en toegankelijke stijl Prosecco. De wijngaarden liggen hier op de zonrijke vlaktes rondom Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, waar de Glera-druif volop rijpt en haar sappige, fruitige karakter ontwikkelt. Hier hoeven de druiven niet met de hand geoogst te worden, wat zorgt voor een vlottere productie en een scherpere prijs.

De wijn wordt gemaakt volgens de Charmat-methode, met hergisting op inox, wat resulteert in een zuivere expressie, aroma’s van groene appel, peer en witte bloemen, ondersteund door een frisse zuurgraad en een verfijnde mousse.

Deze Prosecco is een millesimato, gemaakt van druiven uit één enkel oogstjaar. Binnen het Sui Nui‑gamma vormt hij de basis, waarop de meer uitgesproken Valdobbiadene‑wijnen verder bouwen.
