TOEPASSING

Geschikt voor de stand- en interieurbouw waar een hoogwaardig product verlangd wordt. Voor een zijdeglanzende, goed te reinigen afwerking voor binnen en buiten.

KLEUREN

Neverlak 6000- en Emotions waaier, Eurotrend, NCS, Pantone (bij benadering), RAL en kleuren volgens staal of uit andere dan de hierboven genoemde waaiers.

GLANSGRAAD Zijdeglans (25-30 %).

BASISGEGEVENS

Bepaald bij 23 °C. en 50 % R.V. Dichtheid : 1,2 kg/dm³ Stofdroog : na ca. 1 uur. Droog : na ca. 2 uur. Overschilderbaar : na ca. 4 uur. Houdbaarheid : ten minste 12 maanden in gesloten originele verpakking op een koele, droge en vorstvrije plaats. V.O.S. : klasse A/b. 100 g/l (2010). max. 70 g/l.

THEORETISCH RENDEMENT

5-7 m²/kg op een strakke en vlakke, niet zuigende ondergrond.

PRAKTISCH RENDEMENT

Afhankelijk van de wijze van verwerking en aard en structuur van de ondergrond.

VERWERKING

Verwerkingsmethode : gemakkelijk te verwerken met de kwast en/ of verfroller. : uitstekend te verspuiten met een airless- en/ of luchtspuit. : bij verwerking met een airless druk 180-190 bar, tip 4/13 Verwerkingsconditie : ondergrond en omgevingstemperatuur boven 5 °C : relatieve luchtvochtigheid max. 80 % : zorg voor goede ventilatie. Verdunning : max. 5 % water.

BEHANDELING ONDERGROND

Putop Silky Gloss altijd verwerken op een droge, schone, vetvrije, uitgewerkte en niet poreuze ondergrond. Poreuze ondergronden zoals pleisterwerk, gips, kalkzandsteen, cellenbeton etc. impregneren met Putop Impregneer. Op niet-poreuze ondergronden kan Putop Silky Gloss direct in twee lagen worden aangebracht met een tussen droogtijd van ca. 4 uur.
