Maar hij doet het, geroepen om als enfant du pays de streek te verenigen en te verdedigen.

Beschrijving: Kruidig, compact fris, jeneverbes, rozemarijn, vol en rijk.

Lekker bij: Kruidig gevogelte, wild, lamsvlees.

Leuk weetje: Omdat de wijnen min of meer direct van vat of cuvee op fles zijn gebracht, hebben ze soms nog een minieme hoeveelheid koolzuur. Zo blijft de wijn langer ‘vers’ en is er minder zwavel nodig. Wie dat hinderlijk vindt, schenk de wijn even over in een karaf.
