Toon een enkel 4K HDMI-signaal op vier verschillende tv’s of monitors met de AC7831 4K HDMI Splitter. Ideaal voor narrowcasting in een winkel, wachtruimte, bar of kantoor. De maximale resolutie is 3840x2160 (4K) @30Hz en 1080p@120Hz. De AC7831 ondersteunt EDID, Chroma sampling 4:4:4, HDCP 1.4 en wordt geleverd met een externe stroomadapter.

De AC7831 HDMI splitter is de ideale oplossing voor het tonen van digital signage op vier verschillende televisies of monitoren met HDMI. De AC7831 heeft een HDMI input en vier HDMI outputs. De splitter verdeelt de videobron naar 4 schermen met een maximale afstand van 5 meter met behoud van kwaliteit. De AC7831 is uitgerust met status LEDs die tonen welke schermen aangesloten zijn.

De EDID kopieerfunctie, ook wel Extended Display Identification genoemd, zorgt voor de communicatie van de resolutie tussen de bron- en outputapparaten. De AC7831 kopieert standaard de resolutie van de tv/monitor die op HDMI output 1 wordt aangesloten. Wanneer een 4K monitor wordt aangesloten op output 1, dan zal de resolutie 4K zijn voor alle monitoren. Als de monitor geen 4K ondersteunt, zal er geen beeld op deze monitor verschijnen. Wanneer er op output 1 een 1080p monitor wordt aangesloten en op de andere outputs 4K tv’s/monitoren, zullen alle tv’s/monitoren beelden laten zien met een resolutie van 1080p.

Decent driver, but no real torque control

As others have noted, this driver works well overall, but would be better if the head could go to 90° instead of just 45°, and it comes in an extremely hard to open package. I'd like to point out a couple of other things that I haven't seen mentioned. First, although this tool claims to have torque control via the three-level setting on the handle, it's not like most drills and drivers. With them, when the maximum torque setting is reached, a clutch disengages and the tool just 'freewheels.' But this Skil driver runs until the motor stalls, and its three settings merely control when that happens. In practical terms, that means the tool can wrench your wrist pretty badly. Even at the lowest setting the torque is considerable, making it all too easy to strip threads or even break off screw heads. This also makes it more likely to injure your wrist. Also, in case it wasn't obvious, this tool's battery is not user-replaceable. If it runs out of power in the middle of a job... too bad. And when eventually it gets to the point where it will no longer hold a charge, Skil's only suggestion is to "Have the tool serviced by an Authorized SKIL Service Station." If you can find one, that is. If you don't want a disposable tool, this is probably not for you. Don't get me wrong--I like this driver, and it has already come in handy in a few situations where my regular drill/driver would have been too bulky to fit. But it's good to know its limitations. Skil also makes a smaller, less expensive 4 V screwdriver that lacks the adjustable-angle head of this one.
