Wat is een betonnen vibrator en hoe werkt het?

Betonnen vibrator is een soort gereedschapsmachine voor de machinebouw, waarmee beton kan worden verdicht en gecombineerd, het honingraatoppervlak van beton wordt verwijderd en de sterkte kan worden verbeterd.

Bij het gieten van componenten met een betonmixer moeten luchtbellen worden verwijderd. Door het gebruik van een vibrator om te stomen kan het beton worden samengevoegd, het honingraatoppervlak en andere verschijnselen van beton worden verwijderd om zijn sterkte te verbeteren en de kwaliteit van de betonnen onderdelen te garanderen.

Opmerking: Als de vibrator voor het eerst niet kan werken, tik je de trilstang meerdere keren op de grond. Dan werkt het.

Krachtige motor van 1300 W

Versnelt tot 13000 Vpm, verstevig het cement gemakkelijk en verwijder alle ingesloten luchtbellen om het zwaarste cement te behouden.

Verdikte aluminium behuizing

Verdikte en versterkte gegoten aluminium behuizing, uitgerust met zeer sterke siliciumstaalplaat en secundaire afschrikmechanisme, sterk en duurzaam.

Onderhoud en aandacht van de trilstang

1. Controleer voor gebruik of de voeding van de vibrator in goed contact staat en zorg ervoor dat de juiste bedrading goed is. Selecteer de juiste uit de richting van de werking volgens het schild voordat u de trilstang aansluit.

2. Als de vibrator na de elektrificatie niet trilt kan de punt van de vibrator over het algemeen op de grond worden gescheurd. Nadat de vibrator een apparaat heeft uitgezonden, heeft een gelijkmatig en krachtig geluid. Hij kan worden gebruikt voor trillingsopruiming.

3. Als de vibrator werkt, moet de vibrator verticaal of schuin in in het beton worden gestoken, en de vibrator moet omhoog worden gescheurd en tijdens de trillingen naar beneden.

4. Bij meerlaags gieten van componenten of gebouwen moet de vibrator voor een trillingslaag in de stamplaag worden geplaatst om

Verwijder de voegen tussen de lagen en bereik het hele gieteffect.

5. De continue werking van de vibrator gedurende een half uur moet voor een bepaalde periode worden onderbroken, om overmatige hitte en schade aan de machineonderdelen te voorkomen.

6. Om de levensduur van de flexibele as en de slang te beschermen, moet de buigradius van de slang tijdens het onderhoud groter zijn dan 500 mm.

7. Na 50-100 bedrijfsuren moeten alle onderdelen van de trilstang gedemonteerd en gereinigd worden. Bij de demontage kun je eerst de schroef losschroeven met de punt van de kop en de slangverbinding (alle linkse schroefdraad) en vervolgens met een houten hamer die de punt van de stang verlengt, op de rolkegel slaan, de rol eruit halen kegel, lagers, olieafdichting enz.
