Hoe wordt Vitakruid Multi Nacht Junior opgenomen door het lichaam?

Naast de reguliere vitamines is het ook belangrijk om omega-3 supplementen te gebruiken. De Vitakruid Multi Nacht bevat ook omega-3. Tijdens het selecteren van een omega-3 vetzuur heeft Vitakruid gekozen voor de best opneembare vorm en kwaliteit. De omega 3 bestaat uit Triglyceriden. Bij deze vorm wordt de natuurlijke vorm zoveel mogelijk behouden omdat het lichaam de natuurlijke vorm het beste opneemt. Daarnaast heeft de gebruikte omega 3 ook een lage Totox-waarde, dit is de oxidatiewaarde. Door oxidatie worden viszuren vervuild en neemt de werkzaamheid af. Het is dus positief wanneer de oxidatiewaarde laag is. De Europese richtlijn van een Totox-waarde ligt op 26, de omega 3 van Vitakruid heeft een Totox-waarde van 8,5!

Vitamine D en K2 zijn essentieel voor het behouden van een gezonde calciumstofwisseling. Echter, hebben veel mensen hier een tekort aan. Vitamine D3 is de best opneembare vorm onder de vitamine D, daarom heeft Vitakruid deze vorm toegevoegd aan de Multi Nacht Junior.
