Saboritz Premium Spumante is een verfijnde alcoholvrije mousserende wijn met een stijlvolle uitstraling. Deze bubbel uit Italië is gemaakt van gedealcoholiseerde Glera- en Airén-druiven en combineert een feestelijke presentatie met een frisse, elegante smaak. Dankzij het iconische flesontwerp en de lichte pareling is dit een alcoholvrije Spumante die opvalt bij elke gelegenheid.

Wijngaarden en regio

De druiven voor deze Spumante worden verbouwd in geselecteerde wijngaarden in Noord-Italië. Hier zorgen de mediterrane invloeden, kalkrijke bodems en voldoende zonuren voor optimale aromatische rijping. Door moderne technieken blijft de frisheid van het fruit behouden, ook na het verwijderen van de alcohol.

Vinificatie en rijping

Na een zachte persing en vergisting wordt de alcohol zorgvuldig verwijderd met behulp van vacuümtechnologie. Hierdoor blijft de structuur en smaakbeleving van de originele wijn behouden. Vervolgens ondergaat de wijn een lichte carbonisatie om de fijne bubbel toe te voegen, wat resulteert in een elegante en bruisende alcoholvrije ervaring.

Druivensamenstelling

80% gedealcoholiseerde Glera, 20% gedealcoholiseerde Airén.

Proefnotities en serveersuggesties

Saboritz Premium Spumante heeft een heldere, lichtgele kleur en fijne pareling. In de neus vind je tonen van appel, peer en citrus. De smaak is lichtvoetig, fris en subtiel zoet, met een zachte mousse en verkwikkende afdronk. Serveer gekoeld op 6 tot 8 graden als feestelijk aperitief of bij lichte gerechten, sushi of fruitdesserts.
