Dorato; perlage fine e persistente. Al naso è piacevolmente ampio; spiccano, in particolare, sentori di mela e pesca, note di fiori banchi e toni di noci e mandorle. Al palato è fresco, di gradevolissima sapidità, armonico.

Lo Champagne Zéro Dosage "Prohibition" di Guiborat è nato con lo scopo di dar voce ai tratti più peculiari del terroir di Mardeuil: qui, infatti, nel 1890, ebbe luogo la prima vendemmia della famiglia Guiborat. Lasciato riposare sui lieviti per 32 mesi, è una bollicina di chiaro pregio, perfetta per allietare le occasioni più speciali.

Ottimo in abbinamento agli antipasti di pesce, può accompagnare anche crostacei e crudità.
