Oggi emozionante, tra qualche anno sicuramente di più, l'Alsace Gewürztraminer del Domaine Zind-Humbrecht è intenso ma non sfacciato, in perfetto stile vecchio continente.
Uno tra i più grandi vini alsaziani, perfetto se abbinato con salmone affumicato o tartare di tonno.
