Dominus Estate ' Dominus 2017 'Dominus Estate is eigendom van Napa Valley van Bordeaux producent Christian Moueix. De wijn wordt gebotteld uit de historische Napanook wijngaard. De wijngaard, gelegen aan de voet van de Mayacamas, werd in 1838 aangeplant en blijft evolueren onder leiding van Christian Moueix. Beschrijving: Potpourri, bosbodem, gebroken rotsen, Ceylon-thee en zoethout met een kern van zwarte bessensiroop, met chocolade omhulde kersen, moerbeien en geconserveerde pruimen.

Lekker bij: Tournedos, varkenshaas.

Leuk weetje: Dankzij strenge selectie was er dit jaar voor de Dominus 2017 ongeveer 50% van een normale oogst. De druiven werden geoogst van 21 september tot 3 oktober en de wijn werd gebotteld in juni 2019.
