Gebruiksaanwijzing

  1. Breng de tape minimaal 20 minuten voor de fysieke activiteit aan. Zorg ervoor dat de huid schoon en droog is voordat je de tape aanbrengt.
  2. Rond de uiteinden af zodat de tape niet opkrult of aan elkaar gaat kleven. Trek aan één kant voorzichtig 3-4 cm van het papier af zonder de kleefzijde aan te raken en breng de tape volgens de instructies in de bijsluiter aan. Breng het eerste gedeelte aan het begin zonder stretch op de huid aan, het volgende gedeelte met medium stretch en het laatste gedeelte zonder stretch.
  3. Wrijf over de tape nadat je die hebt aangebracht om de kleeflaag te activeren.
  4. Verwijder de tape door met de haarrichting mee te trekken en de huid naar beneden te drukken. Voorkom dat je de huid optilt.
