Wat is gele Maca?
Gele Maca is een variëteit van de Lepidium meyenii-plant, beter bekend als Maca. Deze plant groeit oorspronkelijk in het Andesgebergte van Peru, op hoogtes boven de 4000 meter. Gele Maca is de meest voorkomende soort en staat bekend om haar milde, licht nootachtige smaak en brede gezondheidsvoordelen. Naast gele Maca is er ook nog een rode en zwarte Maca.
Adaptogeen
Maca is een adaptogeen. Adaptogenen zijn niet-toxische planten die het lichaam helpen. Ze zijn bedoeld om het lichaam terug te brengen naar een niveau van homeostase. I got the darkest one and it’s really nice even though I am so pale skinned. It will be beautiful shimmer for summer.. the bottle looks bigger than it is but it’s still a great product. I don’t know if the sunscreen part is legit but I haven’t tried. I just got it for the glitter.

Nice Glow Just Sticky
Color: 03 Glistening Bronze
I was really excited to try this body glow oil, especially since it has SPF 45, getting sun protection and a bronzed shimmer all in one sounded perfect. The color is beautiful and gives a nice glow without looking too glittery, which I appreciate. However, it does feel a bit sticky right after application. I ended up lightly dusting some setting powder over it, which helped a lot to take down the tackiness and make it feel more comfortable throughout the day. Just a heads-up: you don’t need a lot of product, start with a small amount and build up if needed. It absorbs fairly quickly but still leaves that dewy finish, so it might not be ideal if you’re not into that slightly glossy feel. Overall, though, I really like the effect, especially for photos or a night out. Just takes a little trial and error to get it to work how you want!
