Deze Chini Chai bevat minder suiker dan Chalo's traditioneel masala recept. Suiker werd vervangen door extra veel kruiden en zwarte thee uit de Assam regio. Chini Masala heeft daarom een extra pittige nasmaak en super voor iedereen die opzoek is naar een drankje met de nodige kracht en smaak.
Neem 1 scoop van het poeder. Voeg daar 2/3de gekookt water aan toe. Roer goed en voeg dan je melk naar keuze toe.
