De rubberhouten Zassenhaus snijplank is voorzien van een sapgeul en aanslagranden zodat de plank stevig blijft liggen op het aanrecht. De kopshouten plank is 60 cm lang, 40 cm breed en 3 cm dik. De aanslagranden zijn elk 6,5 cm hoog. Dankzij de aanslagrand blijft de plank stevig tegen de rand van uw tafel of aanrecht liggen. Hierdoor is de snijplank zeer geschikt als ondergrond voor het kneden van deeg.

 

De plank is aan één zijde voorzien van een sapgeul en aan beide zijden voorzien van en aanslagrand, hierdoor zijn de beide zijden te gebruik.

 

De Zassenhaus snijplank is op kopse wijze verlijmd. Doordat u snijdt op de rechtopstaande vezels van het houdt blijft de scherpte van uw messen langer behouden. Tevens zullen er in het kopshout minder diepe krassen vormen en is de plank beter waterafstotend.



Door de snijplank regelmatig in te oliën met onderhoudsolie voor snijplanken houdt u deze in goede conditie en voorkomt u barsten.



Reinig de Zassenhaus snijplank met warm water en afwasmiddel en droog deze direct en grondig af.
