Over Domaine Famille Paquet

Famille Paquet is een ambitieus wijndomein in het hart van de Mâconnais, waar drie broers hun passie voor wijn delen en voortbouwen op een familiedroom die begon in 1980. Met respect voor het terroir en een focus op duurzame, biologische en biodynamische wijnbouw, streven zij naar pure, karaktervolle Bourgognes. Sinds 2019 verenigen zij hun wijnen onder één naam en vertellen daarmee het verhaal van hun land, druiven en familie.

Vinificatie

100% malolactische gisting. Rijping van 12 maanden in eikenhouten vaten, gevolgd door 8 maanden in roestvrijstalen tanks.
