This technical, self-righting turnout rug is lightweight and expertly designed to keep your horse dry and protected in the field. The unique 1200 Denier breathable waterproof outer is uniquely cut across the full width, eliminating leaks with no back seam. Coupled with an antibacterial, anti-static shine-enhancing lining, it stays perfectly balanced on your horse. 50g thermobonded fill wards off light chill with warmth that won’t bunch up or slip down. Security is assured with a design-registered front closure. The top of two sturdy T-bars is 45° angled to relieve pressure across the point of the shoulder, for comfort and freedom of movement. Backed by a sandwich of anti-lint hook and loop tape, you can turn out with total confidence that the rug won’t slip. Traditional rugs, which wrap around the horse’s body, create tension around the shoulder and hind legs, which is restrictive and can cause rubbing. The globally patented two-part skirt breaks the tension, allowing free movement while holding warmth and shielding your horse's body from splashes. Crossed surcingles with a removable centre strap firmly secure the rug. Reflective safety strips ensure your horse is easy to spot in low light. A silicone-covered fillet strap keeps things clean and neat, while an extra-long tail cover protects the top of the tail. This rug comes complete with a detachable neck and is compatible with the full range of LeMieux rug liners, bibs and necks, giving you full rugging flexibility across the seasons.

Enjoyable

It is a good read. I enjoy the leafing characters. The plot was well done. But it could use a bit of better editing. There were several mistakes.

as an addition to the Scottish Ladies Detective agency, a new lady sleuth
Format: Kindle
What a wonderful mystery, a grand heroine who is polishing her detective skills. All the pomp of the gentile classes at their play. Murders, theft, and dogs in the highlands, what could be better? Recommend

Promising start to new mystery series.
Format: Kindle
Lady Persephone "Poppy" Proudfoot attends a house party at an estate, meets some American actors, and tries to solve the murder of a stranger to the village whose body is discovered by the lake. The first in a series, this book is a quick read with a plot that moves along, although some of the large cast of characters seem superfluous (e.g., the American visitors). Poppy is a widow, a law-school graduate (in the 1920s!), and ran a hospital for wounded soldiers during WW1, so an interesting character to read about. A promising beginning to the series and I look forward to the next book. Thanks to Netgalley and Bookouture for the eARC.

Amazing stuff!!
Love love love this stuff! You do have to spread it out well to not go right through it but it doesn’t take more than a thin layer to protect you all day!!
