GEBRUIK: VOOR & TIJDENS HET SPORTENMagnesiumIsotone sportdrank: de isotone sportdrank is een combinatie tussen een dorstlesser en als energieleverancier voor het lichaam. De isotone spordrink vult zowel de elektrolyten aan als koolhydraten. De verhouding is 70g op 1 liter water/van 35g in een bidons van 500ml en ca 8 g koolhydraten per 100ml en nagenoeg dezelfde osmotische druk als het lichaamsvocht. Ideaal voor duursporters die voor een langdurige intensieve inspanning gaan.
Hypotonische Sportdrink: de Hypotonische spordrink woord gebruikt als een dorstlesser en vult vooral de elektrolyten aan. De verhouding is 20g op 1 liter water van ca 10g in een bidon van 500ml minder dan 4 g koolhydraten per 100 ml.
GEBRUIKSADVIESGebruik als isotone sportdrank1.
Doseringsadvies: los 1 maatschep poeder (ca. 35 g) op in een bidons met 500ml water (van 1,5 maatschep 50g in een bidon met 750ml water)
2. Gebruiksadvies: verdeel het drinken van de Isotone Sportdrank tijdens de warming up (ideaal is het drinken van 200 tot 300ml) over een periode van 1 uur voor aanvang tot vlak voor de inspanning/wedstrijd. Tijdens de inspanning/wedstrijd wanneer mogelijk elk halfuur ca. 300ml van de Isotone Sportdrink.
Gebruik als Hypotone sportdrank
1. Doseringsadvies: los een halfvolle maatschep poeder (ca. 20g) op in een bidon met 500ml (van een bijna volle maatschep
ca. 30g in een bidon met 750ml water) 2. Gebruiksadvies: voor en tijdens trainingen/wedstrijden naar eigen behoefte. Richtlijn drankje 500ml (1 bidon) tot ca. 1 liter verdeeld over 60 minuten, hoeveelheid is afhankelijk van de temperatuur buten en mate van inspaning.

Great Product, But Non-Existent Seller Support

The Good:
Well Designed: Sturdy and aesthetically pleasing.
Effective: Perfectly obstructs the afternoon sun glare from my monitor screens.
Moderate Assembly: Straightforward and easy for the most part.
The Bad:
Defective Part: One crossbar end was missing threads, preventing the assembly of the sixth panel.
Zero Communication: I emailed the seller as instructed and waited 8 days with no acknowledgment.
Return Logistics: Amazon offered a return, but the box is heavy, and disassembly/repackaging would be a major task.
Final Verdict
I really like this product, but I’m deducting two stars for a total lack of customer service. I’ve decided to buy tools and fix it myself rather than deal with a heavy return. I hope the seller sees this and reaches out. The lesson learned is to check every part of a product before assembly.

Clean Look, Sturdy — can’t ask for more!
