Bonusan betaïne anhydraat poeder is vrij van hulpstoffen en bevat dus 100% betaïne anhydraat. Dit is de ontzuurde vorm van betaïne en daardoor vriendelijk voor de maag en de tanden. Recente verbetering in de samenstelling maakt dat Bonusan betaïne anhydraat poeder fijner van structuur is en nóg beter oplost in water en vruchtensappen.

- Voor een normale homocysteïnestofwisseling
- Bij een inname van 1 5 gram per dag draagt betaïne bij tot een normaal metabolisme van homocysteïne. Een dagelijkse inname van meer dan 4 gram kan de cholesterolgehalten in het bloed aanzienlijk verhogen.

Samenstelling per dosering van 2 afgestreken maatlepels:
Betaïne anhydraat (Trimethylglycine/TMG) 1 2 gram

Ingredienten
Betaïne anhydraat.

Gebruik
Dagelijks 1 tot 4 maal daags 2 maatlepels opgelost in water of vruchtensap opdrinken. Eén afgestreken maatlepel komt overeen met ongeveer 0 6 gram poeder. Betaïne kan het beste tijdens of vlak na de maaltijd worden ingenomen. Bij mensen met een zeldzame deficiëntie van het enzym demethylglycine-dehydrogenase kan TMG een onaangename lichaamsgeur veroorzaken. Een maatlepel is bijgesloten.

Droog en bij kamertemperatuur bewaren.

It had survived Afghanistan, numerous field exercises, mud, sweat, rain, wind, etc. and was well worth the $35 I spent on it. It is easy to adjust the time and has a handy 2nd time feature if you're between two time zones frequently or jut want to know the time back home. Everything else is what one would expect from the Ironman series. Lightweight, good backlight (indiglo), not obnoxiously large, rugged, good chrono/timers/alarms.

Good Watch

I have an old 30 lap Ironman. This one is larger than my previous one and has more features. It took me a little while to fully figure out how the new "occasion" feature works, but I can honestly say that I will probably never use that feature. This is a good watch, but the old one is easier to read at an angle. I did not measure the angle that the other segments become visible enough to interfere with viewing the time, but I do know that it is less than my old one. I have to twist my wrist a little more to view the time than I did with the old one. My old one is over 10 years old and still keeps excellent time. I replaced the strap and battery a couple times. The plastic part on top of it broke off when I dropped it at the airport about a year ago. Eventually the whole top fell off. I glued a plastic piece on to replace the "start/split" button. The wife decided that my repair was too ugly to wear in public. I still wear the old one around the house just to bother her! Hopefully this new one will last as long. I may have to get a Velcro strap for this one. The plastic one looks better, but the Velcro type is more comfortable.

Good watch that can take a beating

I have owned a Timex IronMan watch for almost 2 decades now and this will only be the 4th one I’ve bought. Being a creature of habit, I normally get the smaller Ironman, but I thought I’d try something different and I guess it will just take some getting used to. Overall I am very pleased with this watch.
