Gebruik de gua sha bij wallen, gezichtsspanning, doffe huid en lijntjes

The Alpha men Gua Sha is geschikt voor verschillende huidproblemen. Wanneer je last hebt van wallen, vocht vasthoudt, maar ook bij spanning in de kaak door klemmen of stress. Ook de doffe huid of bij lijntjes en huidverslapping is de Gua Sha de perfecte tool.

Gebruik de gua sha 3 tot 5 minuten per dag, 3 keer per week tot dagelijks

Voor optimaal resultaat kun je de Gua Sha 1 tot 2 keer per dag gebruiken en met 3 tot 5 minuten per dag zul je al verschil zien. Breng eerst een serum of gezichtsolie aan om de huid te beschermen en het glijden te vergemakkelijken. Masseer zachtjes je gezicht in opwaartse en buitenwaartse bewegingen.

Let op: gebruik de Gua Sha altijd met een olie of serum en werk met zachte opwaartse bewegingen, laat de Gua Sha over de huid glijden zonder harde druk.
