Met recepten voor roomijs, yoghurtijs, sorbets, ijslolly's en gezond ijs (zonder kristalsuiker of zuivel) zoals pruimenijs met koekkruiden op basis van yoghurt, aardbeiensorbet met roomse kervel en zoet aardappelijs met pompoen (zonder zuivel), ijslolly's met rode bessen en vlierbloesemsiroop, hartig doperwtenijs en dropijs met venkelzaad.
