De frisse appel-cranberrysmaak maakt deze formule geschikt als vast onderdeel van je ochtendroutine. Eén verpakking bevat 480 gram poeder. Bij een dosering van 24 gram per dag haal je ongeveer 20 porties uit één verpakking.

Alles-in-één formule voor sporters

Daily is ontwikkeld voor sporters en actieve gebruikers die meerdere ingrediënten in één drank willen combineren. De formule bevat collageenhydrolysaat van rund, waaronder TENDOFORTE® en FORTIGEL®, aangevuld met L-glutamine, creatine uit creatinemonohydraat en L-leucine. Zo hoef je deze ingrediënten niet los te doseren en meng je dagelijks één praktische drank met water.

Met creatine voor korte, intensieve inspanningen

Per dagdosering van 24 gram bevat ESN Daily 3,12 gram creatine uit creatinemonohydraat. Creatine verhoogt de fysieke prestaties in opeenvolgende reeksen korte, intensieve oefeningen. Het gunstige effect wordt verkregen bij een dagelijkse inname van 3 gram creatine. Daardoor past Daily goed bij krachtsport, intervaltraining en andere trainingen waarbij explosieve inspanning een rol speelt.

Frisse Apple Cranberry smaak

Apple Cranberry heeft een fruitig en licht zuur smaakprofiel. Door de combinatie van appelzuur, citroenzuur en aroma krijgt de drank een frisse smaak die goed past bij bereiding met koud water. De kleur komt onder andere van bietenpoeder, sulfietammoniakkaramel en carotenen. De formule bevat zoetstoffen en is bedoeld om eenvoudig in een shaker te mengen.

Gebruik in de ochtend

Meng dagelijks 24 gram poeder, ongeveer 2 afgestreken maatlepels, met 500 ml koud water in een shaker. ESN adviseert om Daily bij voorkeur direct na het opstaan te drinken. Gebruik dit product als aanvulling op een gevarieerde voeding en stem de inname af op je totale voedingspatroon en trainingsdoel.
