De Bourgondische rib is een heerlijk mager stuk varkensvlees, licht gepekeld en op smaak gebracht met fijne kruiden. Ideaal voor buffet, warme maaltijd, hapjes of als broodbeleg.

Bereidingsmogelijkheden

Bereiding Uitleg
Oven (stuk) Haal uit de verpakking en bak ca. 90 minuten in een voorverwarmde oven op 160°C.
Braadpan (stuk) Eerst aanbraden op hoog vuur, daarna ca. 60 minuten rustig laten doorgaren op laag vuur.
Koekenpan (lapjes) Bak de lapjes ca. 2 × 6 minuten in een hete pan.

Tip: Door de lichte pekel blijft het vlees sappig en vol van smaak, ook bij langer garen.

I absolutely love my Timex Ironman watches. I have had many over a very long period of time. Wonderful set of functions for the price. Very affordable. Easy to use. Lasts a long time.
