Over Marsuret

Marsuret is van oudsher een familiebedrijf en Prosecco producent in het gebied Valdobbiadene, met veel respect voor traditie en natuur. De historie begint als grootvader Agostino, tussen de 2 wereldoorlogen in, een wijngaard koopt in Val de Cune (Guia di Valdobbiadene) en start met het produceren van mousserende wijn met natuurlijke fermentatie op fles. Sinds 1980 is het domein in handen van de broers Ermes en Walter Marsura. Onder hun impuls zijn de productietechnieken zo sterk verbeterd dat ze topkwaliteit (kunnen) bieden die voldoet aan de strenge eisen van de meest kritische consument. Marsuret wil het persoonlijke karakter en de typerende smaak van elke druivensoort en van het terroir, maximaal behouden.

Vinificatie

Klassieke manier van witte wijn maken met zachte persing en fermentatie op gecontroleerde temperaturen. Het mousserende proces bestaat uit Méthode Charmat. De druk is 4,8-5,2 atmosfeer.
