Oude, antieke wereldkaart in twee hemisferen. Titel boven in een lint. Boven en onder twee cirkels met voorstellingen van het zonnestelsel. Bij de bovenste cirkel is de zon het middelpunt; bij de onderste cirkel is de aarde het middelpunt van het heelal. In de vier hoeken van de kaart allegorische voorstellingen van de vier elementen: vuur, lucht, water en aarde, verbeeld in de roof van Proserpina, de triomftocht van Jupiter en Juno, Neptunus en Bacchus.
