Rosso rubino carico. Si evidenziano al naso profumi di frutta rossa in confettura, note di spezie dolci, tostature e cacao; al sorso è corposo, avvolgente, intenso e persistente.

Prodotto dall'azienda vinicola Pietro Zardini, il Valpolicella Superiore Hercules è prodotto utilizzando uve corvina, rondinella e molinara, coltivate su terreni ricchi di marne calcaree e basalto. In seguito all'accurata vendemmia manuale, il vino macera sulle bucce per circa 2-3 settimane, prima dell'affinamento in anfora, botti di rovere e barriques, che si protrae per circa 3-4 anni. Complesso e ricco di sfumature, è un vino che va degustato con calma, in compagnia di piatti elaborati, o anche da meditazione.

Accompagna piatti elaborati a base di carne, o una selezione di formaggi stagionati.
