De Biokat's Kattenbakvulling Diamond Care Fresh 8 l is een kattengrit met zuiver natuurlijke actieve kool voor een uiterst effectieve geurbinding. Diamond Care bevat zuiver natuurlijke actieve kool voor een uiterst effectieve geurbinding en aloë vera voor een milde verzorging. De Diamond Care formule biedt extra, uiterst effectieve bescherming tegen onaangename geurtjes dankzij zuiver natuurlijke actieve kool en extra verzorging dankzij aloë vera. Dee zuiver natuurlijke actieve kool wordt gemaakt van kokosnootschalen, een duurzame grondstof. Actieve kool is een zeer poreuze vorm van koolstof met een enorm groot inwendig oppervlak.  Voor Diamond Care wordt de aloë vera als vloeistof gebruikt en over het kattengrit gesproeid. Zo krijgen alle korrels een verzorgende douche.
