Giallo paglierino brillante, con leggeri riflessi verdolini. Il Veneto Bianco IGT From Black to White, della cantina Zýme, vuole nel nome per lappunto ricordare proprio tale mutazione genetica. Fermenta a temperatura controllata in vasche di cemento e affina sui lieviti per almeno sei mesi. Favoloso come aperitivo, si esalta in accompagnamento a piatti aromatici e profumati.
Da abbinare a preparazioni a base di crostacei o con piatti profumati, è perfetto per accompagnare il risotto alle erbette.
