This Rosso di Montalcino from our favourite Tuscan winemaker Baccinetti is the perfect wine to start the evening with. Jane can even highly recommend this Rosso on a hot summer day, chilled at 12 - 16ºC to make it a refreshing red wine.

Jane's recommendation: Every Italian dish with cooked tomato sauce will go with this Rosso. Especially cooked meats like beef and Jane's favourite: roast or grilled chicken! Since this Rosso is perfect to start the aperitivo with, it will match perfectly with an Antipasti plate littered with cured meats, salted cheeses, nuts, figs and some olives. A piece of Italian bread on the table and you're all set!
