Als je een betrouwbare slangklem zoekt, zorg er dan voor dat de metalen band van de klem niet geperforeerd is en dat de gehele slangklem inclusief spanschroef van hoogwaardig roestvrij staal is.

Onze slangklemmen zijn niet geperforeerd en daarom stabieler, bovendien is de schroef en de band van roestvrij staal. Een puntlassen en afgeronde randen helpen om onze klemmen nog stabieler te maken en onbedoeld snijden in slangen te voorkomen.

Met een magneet kun je zelf controleren of de schroef van roestvrij staal is of niet. Als de schroef sterk magnetisch is, is het een gegalvaniseerde ijzeren schroef. Als de schroef niet of slechts licht magnetisch, is het zeer waarschijnlijk roestvrij staal.

Onze slangklemmen bestaan uit V2A roestvrij staal (roestvrij), de schroef bestaat ook uit V2A roestvrij staal (roestvrij) en zijn bovendien verzinkt. De verzinking van de schroef voorkomt een koude versteviging (een "vastzetten") van de schroef en zorgt er daarom vooral voor dat de schroef beter glijdt. Bij het productieproces van deze roestvrijstalen schroef kan er een hoge druk en daarom gedeeltelijk tot de vorming van martensitisch staal komen. Dit (roestvrij martensitische) roestvrij staal is daarom licht magnetisch.

Geperforeerde metalen banden zijn niet belastbaar.

Slangklemmen van minderwaardige kwaliteit hebben metalen banden met doorlopende perforatie. Waarbij de schroefwindingen van de stelschroef telkens in de afzonderlijke schuin-ovaal-langwerpige gaten van de perforatie grijpen. Omdat de perforatie van de metalen band de mechanische belastbaarheid van deze slangklemmen sterk minimaliseert, bieden wij deze zogenaamd voordelige variant niet in ons assortiment aan.

Verchroomde spanschroeven zijn niet geschikt

Sommige aanbieders besparen de schroef van roestvrij staal en gebruiken een goedkopere verchroomde stelschroef. Dit is op het eerste gezicht niet gemakkelijk te herkennen. Helaas komt er in dit verband steeds weer tot contactcorrosie (volgens DIN EN ISO 8044 is dit een corrosie door elektrochemische reactie van twee metalen materialen of andere elektronische geleidende vaste stoffen). In de praktijk corrodeert de schroefdraad van de verchroomde schroef op de plaats waar deze met de roestvrijstalen band contact heeft. De buisklem lost op, omdat de schroefdraad niet meer vormvast met de klemband is verbonden. Waterschade en soortgelijke ongevallen zijn het resultaat.

Onze slangklemmen worden aan de binnenkant extra puntgelast. Door deze van buitenaf niet-zichtbare puntlassen wordt de slangklem nog stabieler en scheurvaster.

Dit kan bijvoorbeeld bij het gebruik op rubberen slangen of dunne metalen buizen bij tegelijkertijd hoge spanning zeer nuttig zijn. Want zonder de puntlassen zou in de loop van de tijd de achterkant van de slangklem in bijvoorbeeld bijvoorbeeld de zachte rubberen slang kunnen indrukken en deze U. beschadigen.

Hannah Wells, a focused and reserved music student, and Garrett Graham, the confident captain of the college hockey team whose academic struggles threaten his future. I normally read YA but I found that I liked both of these characters I also liked the secondary characters as well. This was a pretty good read and I see why it's a good series on prime. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

Loved this book! This book came up as one of my Amazon similars. As for contemporary, they must have an intriguing plot to hold my interest. Most importantly, a driving plot with intense drama that had the perfect balance. But it wasn't childish or over the top. I was over the moon when I recently learned that this book is becoming an adaptation for on Amazon. May 13th can't come fast enough. This book was so good, I decided to check out book #3 in the series, The Score. All 4 books in the Spin off series blurbs sounded interesting. After book #3, I immediately read all the books in the spin-off. Book #1, The Deal is tied with The Play in the spin-off series as my favorite with The Risk in the spin-off being a close 2nd.. Another thing I like about her series is that they all the books are stand-alones. You can also read the books out of order. Each book is a separate couple, so you get a new story each time, alongside following the other characters that were introduced in previous books

The Mistake is Logan’s book and I can honestly say that when I read The Deal, I fell head over heels for this character from the moment I met him. How can you not love John Logan and his cocky grin? He is a very well-known member of the Briar University hockey team and because of this; he has no problems getting the female students attention. It then got buried on my kindle and I just realized I hadn’t yet gotten to read it and I moved up the list. I’m so very glad that I did, I love Elle Kennedy’s style of writing and being a Canadian I have a real soft spot for handsome, cocky, hockey players. I love that this book was a fabulous balance of sexy and steamy, sweet and sassy, funny and emotional. I love the characters, every single one of them. I especially love that the female main characters are spunky and sassy. The story line was great and I thought that the banter between characters was very amusing. I love that each book has a happily ever after and I’m really excited now to begin reading The Score. I hope that each and every one of the crew is given their own story in this series before it ends, because now I’m addicted. I’m reading The Score next; I’m excited to read Ali and Dean’s story. If you have not yet begun to read this series, I highly recommend it; I am loving this series by this fabulous Canadian author. “This guy continues to surprise me. To awe me. He’s a better person than I am, better than he gives himself credit for, and if I wasn’t sure about it before, then I’m damn well sure of it now. I love him.” “I need you.
